Hilmi H. Kartasasmita

Hilmi is the Associate Director and Head of International Engagement at Equatorise. He is a public policy and international affairs professional who has also worked with global institutions, blending his expertise in development, diplomacy, and corporate affairs.

Prior to Equatorise, Hilmi served as an Assistant Advisor at the Executive Office of the President (Kantor Staf Presiden). During this time, he worked on strategic policy formulation, stakeholder coordination, and national priority programs across politics, foreign affairs, security, defence, and governance.

Hilmi holds a Masters in Diplomacy and International Relations from the University of Oxford. Outside of work, Hilmi is a founding member of GIPA, a global non-profit that empowers Indonesian professionals overseas to advance human capital and investment opportunities for Indonesia.
