Steven is Managing Partner and CEO of Equatorise Advisory. He leads a London-headquartered strategic advisory firm specialising in the Indonesia market. He focuses on supporting British & European firms in shaping impactful partnership with Indonesia based stakeholders and in entering Indonesia markets. He also advised Indonesian corporates, institutions and UHNWs to enter UK and European markets, with particular focus on (a) Net Zero Sustainability Transition; (b) Global Health & Life Science; and (c) Digital Technology & Innovation. Steven also promotes Indonesia at key global convenings, including B20/G20; APEC; COP and other key initiatives, through his leadership role at UK-Indonesia Bilat Committee at Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was the business sherpa for Indonesia CEO Delegation for COP26 in Glasgow; COP28 in Dubai, UAE.

Prior to Equatorise, Steven was ASEAN Client Engagement Lead at Accenture Strategy London office and was COP26 Global Client Engagement Director for the global management consulting firm. Steven started his career as a prime broker at UBS Investment Bank, London office. Steven also chairs Global Indonesia Professionals Association (GIPA) since 2019, a global alliance representing Indonesian professionals and executives working abroad.
