The Opportunity

Equatorise is looking for a project management enthusiast to support our initiatives directly at a client site,
ensuring successful collaboration and project execution.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to support our operations with a key client, an Indonesian
State Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the energy and shipping sector. You will be responsible for managing
relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating collaboration on various
projects.

Candidates who loves having a variety of different tasks and responsibilities, managing multiple projects and
working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires you to be flexible with timelines and direction with an opportunity to grow as a Project
Partnership Officer in an Energy and Shipping industry.

What you’ll be up to in this role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client personnel to understand their needs and objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of project initiatives, including resource allocation and task management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Assist in contract management, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations.
• Support the development of project proposals and business cases.

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or partnership development, preferably in the oil and gas or international logistic industry.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, international shipping and logistic sector, including regulatory and compliance aspects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to think through all potential outcomes and plan ahead.
• Impeccable and precise verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a proactive and confident manner to help build a good rapport with Clients and other employees.
