The Opportunity

Equatorise is looking for a project management enthusiast to support our initiatives directly at a client site, ensuring successful collaboration and project execution.

Candidates who love having a variety of different tasks and responsibilities, managing multiple projects, and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, planning events and media support for the stakeholders.

You are creative, data-driven, and highly organised while having the excitement to work in a remote-first consultancy firm focusing on a Net Zero transformation on a global scale.

This role requires you to be flexible with timelines and direction with an opportunity to grow as a Marketing Communications Officer.

What you’ll be up to in this role

Client Management and Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration between Equatorise and the client.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client personnel to understand their needs and objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of project initiatives, including resource allocation and task management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and other engagements to represent Equatorise and promote project goals.

• At least 6 months in a role with project management experience, or an ambitious graduate with demonstrable interning experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to think through all potential outcomes and plan ahead.
• Impeccable and precise verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a proactive and confident manner to help you build a good rapport with Clients and other employees.
• Have a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently without requiring supervision.
