Quatorise is looking for an enthusiastic marketing and client engagement professional who is resourceful, proactive, and quick on their feet.

Candidates who love having a variety of different tasks and responsibilities, managing multiple projects, and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, planning events and media support for the stakeholders.

You are creative, data-driven, and highly organised while having the excitement to work in a remote-first consultancy firm focusing on a Net Zero transformation on a global scale.

This role requires you to be flexible with timelines and direction with an opportunity to grow as a Marketing Communications Officer.

What you’ll be up to in this role

External Marketing Support and Client Engagement

• Deploy effective communications, including branding and marketing communications, and media relations materials for our clients.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subject matter experts to produce thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
• Oversee the design and production of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output for clients.
• Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance the client’s company visibility.
• Execute a holistic media relations program, including approach to awards and other brand positioning opportunities for clients.
• Manage engagement with any outside agency partners.

• At least 6 months agency experience, or an ambitious graduate with demonstrable interning experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to think through all potential outcomes and plan ahead.
• Impeccable and precise verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a proactive and confident manner to help you build a good rapport with Clients and other employees.
• Resilience, tenacity, and drive to learn. A thirst for global affairs and trends would complement this role extremely well.
• Have a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently without requiring supervision.
