International Business Associate

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and globally-minded individual to join Equatorise as an International Business Associate . This role is part of the CEO’s International Ofﬁce , offering unique exposure to high-level business diplomacy, market expansion initiatives, and cross-border strategic engagements. It is ideal for early-career professionals who aspire to operate at the intersection of global strategy, innovation, and international business growth.

What you’ll be up to in this role

Support the CEO in coordinating international partnerships, client relationships, and expansion initiatives in priority markets
Conduct business research and prepare brieﬁngs on cross-border opportunities, industry trends, and regional economic landscapes
Draft internal memos, client notes, and international communication materials
Assist in organizing high-level meetings with global partners, government stakeholders, and investors
Monitor and track progress of business development and strategic initiatives within the CEO’s portfolio
Liaise with external consultants, embassies, trade missions, and chambers of commerce
Support international trips and events preparation including materials, schedules, and follow-ups

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, nternational Relations, Political Science, Communications, Economics, or a related ﬁeld.
Min. 1 year of experience in consulting ﬁrms with engagements on executive support, international affairs, or business developments
Strong understanding of corporate structures, policymaking processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with high-level stakeholders and media
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and effective time management

Bonus points if you

Have higher education qualiﬁcations from reputable universities in the UK, Europe or the US.
Have experience in international negotiations, market analysis, or think tanks
Are familiar with ASEAN, G20, or other multilateral business forums
