Outside of work, she serves on the advisory boards of IDCTA Youth, GIPA and YIPA UK – these non-profits equip Indonesians with professional development opportunities, and empower them to contribute to Indonesia.
Hilmi H. Kartasasmita

LinkedInHilmi is the Associate Director and Head of International Engagement at Equatorise. He is a public policy and international affairs professional who has also worked with global institutions, blending his expertise in development, diplomacy, and corporate affairs.
Prior to Equatorise, Hilmi served as an Assistant Advisor at the Executive Office of the President (Kantor Staf Presiden). During this time, he worked on strategic policy formulation, stakeholder coordination, and national priority programs across politics, foreign affairs, security, defence, and governance.
Hilmi holds a Masters in Diplomacy and International Relations from the University of Oxford. Outside of work, Hilmi is a founding member of GIPA, a global non-profit that empowers Indonesian professionals overseas to advance human capital and investment opportunities for Indonesia.
Graha Yudha

Muhammad Riedha

He has worked in settings ranging from major urban centres to remote areas such as the Mentawai Islands, and has served on medical teams supporting Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh and Syrian refugees in Turkey.
Prior to Equatotrise, Riedha has studied and worked across Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and the United Kingdom, building strong cross-cultural adaptability and networks. He holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Melbourne, a medical degree from Universitas Indonesia, and a Master of Science in International Public Health from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
As a lecturer and community practitioner, he has been active in health promotion, social outreach, and student mentoring, and is driven by a commitment to service and improving health outcomes for vulnerable communities.

She also gained research experience as a Laboratory Assistant in the Applied Zoology and Entomology Lab at the University of Tsukuba in Japan, contributing to projects on climate-driven changes in insect phenology and insect-borne disease transmission.
Nabilah Halid

Iqbal Fahmi

Prior to Equatorise, Iqbal served as Senior Scientific and Public Affairs lead at Sysmex Asia Pacific, where he managed in-vitro diagnostics projects, built strategic partnerships with ministries of health and professional bodies, and translated scientific evidence into impactful strategies and tools. Before that, he worked in Medical Affairs at Hi-Lab Diagnostic Center, providing scientific support for diagnostic tests and vaccines and establishing the company’s first dedicated Medical Advisor role. Earlier in his career, he practised as a general practitioner and COVID-19 Screening Centre Coordinator with International SOS in Papua, Indonesia.
Najaa Aaliyah Santoso

She has also held sustainability consulting and climate roles at PwC and CarbonEthics/Bumi Journey, project support for financial institutions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and research on renewable energy and emission reduction at the Resilience Development Initiative. Earlier in her career, she gained hands-on technical experience through engineering and environmental consulting internships at Linde, Greencorp, and Hyundai Engineering.
