Associate Consultant [NZST] – Energy Transition, Renewables, Power Grid

The Opportunity

Our internship program will provide you with everything you need to shape the start of your career by learning new skills and getting insights into the work you could be doing when you graduate.

 This entry-level role will build core strategic thinking and industry knowledge to drive success in project delivery.

What you’ll be up to in this role

You will work in a diverse team on exciting international projects involving Indonesia and the Europe/UK based stakeholders. You will also build core consulting capabilities and specialised skills that will accelerate your professional growth and progression.

As an Intern, you will have exposure to a wide range of business services in a particular service area.
You will be at the center of it all.

  • Perform primary and secondary research, data analysis, and modeling to tackle complex business problems
  • Deliver a graduate-level responsibility to work on client projects
  • Contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

Our internship program will run for 12 weeks.

We LOVE to work with these qualities (and we promise you’ll meet like-minded teammates here)

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in: Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Renewable, Mechanical), Environmental Science, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in energy transition, renewable energy, sustainability, and infrastructure policy .
  • Basic understanding of power systems, grids, or renewable technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the policy and regulatory landscape of energy transition in emerging markets.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and effective time management

Bonus points if you

  • Have higher education qualifications from reputable universities in the UK, Europe, the US, or Indonesia.
