Associate Consultant – Net Zero Sustainability Transition

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Net Zero & Sustainability Transition team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing ﬁeld of climate ﬁnance, carbon pricing, energy transition and renewables and circular economy.

Our internship program will provide you with everything you need to shape the start of your career by learning new skills and getting insights into the work you could be doing in the future.

About the Program

As an Intern, you will work in a diverse team on exciting international projects involving Indonesia and Europe/UK-based stakeholders. You will build core consulting capabilities and develop practical sustainability skills that will accelerate your professional growth and progression. You will be at the center of it all;

Support sustainability research across key topics such as ESG frameworks, climate strategy, sustainable ﬁnance, circular economy, and responsible business practices
Monitor and summarize regulatory and policy developments related to sustainability, both in Indonesia and internationally
Help develop client-ready reports, presentations, and data visualizations on sustainability trends, regulatory updates, etc

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Finance, or a related ﬁeld
Strong interest in sustainability sectors
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, reports, and policy documents.
Excellent capacity and curiosity to understand complex issues, and in asking the right questions to help articulate possible solutions
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points if you have

Qualiﬁcations from top and reputable universities in the UK, Europe, US, or Indonesia
Key position of responsibilities at the university and ability to showcase transferable skills
