Our internship program will provide you with everything you need to shape the start of your career by learning new skills and getting insights into the work you could be doing when you graduate.

Our internship program also serves as the main pipeline for entry-level full-time employees. By the end of the internship period, and subject to performance and organizational needs, outstanding interns may be offered full-time employment at Equatorise.

What you’ll be up to in this role

You will work in a diverse team on exciting international projects involving Indonesia and the Europe/UK based stakeholders. You will also build core consulting capabilities and specialised skills that will accelerate your professional growth and progression.

As an Intern, you will have exposure to a wide range of business services in a particular service area.

You will be at the center of it all.

• Perform primary and secondary research, data analysis, and modeling to tackle complex business problems
• Deliver a graduate-level responsibility to work on client projects
• Contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

Our internship program will run for 12 weeks.

• Recent graduate in: Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Business, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Strong interest in diplomacy, ASEAN affairs, and global engagement.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and effective time management.

Additional Requirements

For this intake, preference will be given to candidates who:

• Have an economics background with exposure to international policy or government affairs.
• Demonstrate strong capacity in budget planning, financial analysis, and related fields.
• Have higher education qualifications from reputable universities in the UK, Europe, the US, or Indonesia
