Fajri is the People and Branding Manager of Equatorise. He leads human capital and people-focused initiatives that align employee experience, organisational development, and business priorities. He brings cross-sector experience spanning financial services, information technology, and consulting, giving him a nuanced understanding of how talent, culture, and strategy work together.
Prior to Equatorise, Fajri held a series of talent acquisition and employer branding roles at Sinarmas Asset Management, Tata Consultancy Services, Kredit Pintar, and FIFGROUP where he led end-to-end recruitment, EVP rejuvenation, employer branding campaigns, onboarding, and career development initiatives, building a strong foundation in attracting, developing, and retaining high-calibre talent.
