Riedha is a Senior Advisor at Equatorise. He is a medical doctor and public health professional, with experience spanning clinical practice, humanitarian response, and health education.
He has worked in settings ranging from major urban centres to remote areas such as the Mentawai Islands, and has served on medical teams supporting Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh and Syrian refugees in Turkey.
Prior to Equatotrise, Riedha has studied and worked across Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and the United Kingdom, building strong cross-cultural adaptability and networks. He holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Melbourne, a medical degree from Universitas Indonesia, and a Master of Science in International Public Health from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
As a lecturer and community practitioner, he has been active in health promotion, social outreach, and student mentoring, and is driven by a commitment to service and improving health outcomes for vulnerable communities.
