Branding Analyst

The Opportunity

As a Branding Analyst , you will sit at the intersection of strategy, content, and brand performance , with direct exposure to senior leadership, client teams, and high-level international engagements. You will not simply manage social media channels, you will help define how Equatorise is perceived across markets, sectors, and stakeholder groups.

What you’ll be up to in this role:

  • Own and execute Equatorise’s social media strategy across key platforms (with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Instagram )
  • Develop and manage monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with business streams (NZST, GHLS, DTNI, International Engagement)
  • Lead end-to-end content production: ideation, copywriting, briefing visuals, coordinating design, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Produce and curate a mix of content formats
  • Ensure all content meets Equatorise’s brand, quality, and editorial standards.
  • Work closely with internal subject matter experts, consultants, and leadership to extract insights and shape them into audience-ready content.
  • Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Produce regular performance reports with clear recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Contribute ideas to elevate Equatorise’s digital presence, including campaigns, collaborations, and new content initiatives.

We LOVE to work with these qualities (and we promise you’ll meet like-minded teammates here):

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Media, Design , or a closely related field .
  • Having professional experience in social media management, content production, or brand communications
  • Strong command of written and verbal in English
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and workflows (e.g. Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud/Figma; basic video editing tools such as Premiere Pro/CapCut).
  • Experience with analytics and measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and familiarity with at least one social management or reporting tool.
  • Strong client & stakeholder engagement

Bonus points if you have:

  • Strong academic performance in your bachelor’s degree; on track for a first-class degree (or equivalent) from reputable universities in the UK, US, Europe, or Indonesia.
  • Understanding of consulting or corporate branding aesthetics
